Orders & Pricing
Quotations are valid for the period mentioned in the quote. Orders are only accepted upon written confirmation from Neu Renewable Energy. Prices exclude GST, installation charges, or other applicable taxes. Neu Renewable Energy reserves the right to revise prices in case of fluctuations in external factors.
Payment Terms
All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) within the due date mentioned on the invoice (typically 30 days from invoice date). Delayed payments may attract late fees or interest charges. Neu Renewable Energy reserves the right to hold further installations if any payment is overdue.
Installation & Risk
Installation Address: Products are installed at the address confirmed at the time of order. Installation Schedule: All timelines are estimated. Delays may occur due to unforeseen events. Risk & Ownership: Risk passes to the customer upon installation. Ownership transfers only after full payment is received. Claims: Any damages or issues must be reported within 7 working days.
Site Readiness
Customers are responsible for providing safe access to rooftops, electrical rooms, distribution panels, and other work areas required for inspection or installation. Any civil work, structural strengthening, additional cabling route preparation, permissions from building owners, or utility-related approvals must be completed before the scheduled installation date unless specifically included in our written scope.
Product Availability
Solar panels, inverters, batteries, mounting structures, street lights, solar water heaters, and related accessories are supplied based on current availability and confirmed specifications. If a selected model becomes unavailable, Neu Renewable Energy may recommend an equivalent or better alternative after informing the customer and confirming any price or timeline changes.
Product Safety & Usage
Customers must ensure solar equipment is not tampered with and is maintained as per guidelines. Neu Renewable Energy is not liable for damage caused by unauthorized modifications or improper usage after installation.
Warranties & Disclaimer
Neu Renewable Energy guarantees that all solar equipment supplied will meet the specifications at the time of installation. Panel and inverter warranties are as per the manufacturer's terms. No additional warranties are provided beyond those explicitly mentioned.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is strictly limited to the invoice value of the product in question. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including loss of business, data, or profits.
Customer Responsibilities & Indemnity
Customers agree to use our products safely and lawfully. You agree to indemnify Neu Renewable Energy against any third-party claims, damages, or losses arising due to misuse, negligence, or non-compliance on your part.
Intellectual Property
All content including logos, product descriptions, images, and downloadable materials belongs to Neu Renewable Energy. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
